Лично у меня акронис находится на CD. Просто вставляю его в дисковод, перегружаю систему и запускается оболочка Акронис (то ли в среде линукс, то ли PE - не помню точно). И выбираю действие, которое мне нужно, в нашем случае: восстановление системы из образа. Так что никакая блокировка автозапуска Акронис - не помеха!

Версия у меня такая вроде: Acronis True Image Home 2010 v13 Build 5055 + BootCD

wmiprvse.exe - он у тебя запущен как системный, а вроде как должен быть как network service, под него часто вирусня маскируется, посмотри не грузит ли этот процесс твою систему. Если грузит от 50 до 100% точно вирус.

Простой откат не раз выручал . Правда это годится не всегда .
